A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be given an excellent opportunity to work with experienced advisors and advance their career prospects.
• Contributing to a positive culture of teamwork, flexibility, learning and development.
• Managing workloads to provide good service in a busy environment.
• Working closely with our Financial Advisors to provide a high level of service to new and existing individual clients.
• Assisting in the preparation for Financial Advisor meetings.
• Processing and overseeing new business applications for Protection, Pensions & Investments ensuring all new business is conducted in line with current regulatory rules and codes and conduct.
• Ongoing administration of client portfolios.
• Developing and managing relationships with insurance providers, clients and other staff members.
• Adhering to all service and reporting timelines agreed for our business.
• Ad hoc duties as required.
• QFA qualification or working towards
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• A conscientious individual with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Good telephone skills and manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages is essential.
• Knowledge of life office operations and procedures.
